2025 Information
Note to parents about registration: There are NO wait lists for specialty camps. If your child is placed on a wait list for traditional overnight camp you cannot register for a specialty camp that same camp week. If you are signing up for consecutive sessions, please note that there will be NO holdover campers for 2025. You will need to pick your camper up on Saturday and return on Sunday to check them in for the new session.
Overnight Camp Sessions
Session 1: June 8-14
It’s The Final Countdown!
What? We just got started with summer! No, it is the final countdown to an interplanetary quest to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and civilizations, and to boldly go where no one has gone before.
Session 1 ½ - June 8-11
It’s The Final Countdown! - Half-Pint
Half the week at half the fee, but not half the fun! This program is designed to orient campers to overnight camp life.
Session 2: June 15-21
Under the Sea
Dive into the depths of imagination as we embark on an unforgettable adventure beneath the waves. Our camp transforms into an aquatic wonderland where every day brings new discoveries and underwater marvels.
Session 3: June 22-28
Fairytale Forest
Camp Foster is a realm where ancient trees whisper secrets of magic and every path leads to a new adventure. Our camp is nestled deep within the heart of the Fairytale Forest, where dragons and whimsical creatures roam, and tales of wonder come to life.
Session 4: June 29-July 5
Red, White, and You!
Let freedom ring!!! We will celebrate the 4th of July, enjoy the freedom to choose from a huge variety of activities, and joyfully reflect on all the blessings from sea to shining sea.(FROM camp only Sioux City and Omaha bus)
Session 4 ½: June 29-July 2
Red, White, and You! - Half-Pint
Half the week at half the fee, but not half the fun! Campers join us Sunday afternoon and depart Wednesday morning.
Session 5: July 6-12
Secret Agent
Attention all recruits: prepare to enter the thrilling world of espionage and intrigue. Our camp transforms into Spy Academy, where sharp minds and quick reflexes are your best allies. From covert missions to high-tech gadgets, every moment at camp is a pulse-pounding adventure.(Round trip Sioux City and Omaha bus)
Session 6: July 13-19
Medieval Times
Step back in time to an era of chivalry, knights, and noble quests. Our camp has been transformed into a medieval village, where the banners flap proudly in the breeze and the echoes of clashing swords and jovial laughter fill the air.(Round trip Sioux City and Omaha bus)
Session 7: July 20-26
Twilight Zone
Ever have one of those moments when what you thought was fiction became real? Ever wonder what happens to your missing socks? Ever wonder if there is life on another planet? Join us for this unique session and see the world upside down.(Round trip Sioux City and Omaha bus)
Session 8: July 27-August 2
Wild, Wild West
Join us for a week of chuckwagon, riding horses, and “callin up yer posse” for a hoot-n-toot-n good time. Yee-Haw! (Round trip KC bus)
Session 9: August 3-9
The REAL Countdown Of Summer!
Yeah, school is right around the corner, but nobody says you can’t have one more week of fun in the sun. Come get your last sailboat ride, play one more game of ga-ga, have that last snow-cone, and sing songs by the lake as the sun sets one more time.
Specialty Overnight Camp Programs
Boots & Saddles
This lesson package is for campers who love horses and really want to learn more about Western style riding techniques and care of horses. Your camper will spend time with their assigned horse each morning or afternoon. Your camper will participate in regular camp programming when not at the ranch. Some exposure to English Riding will be included in the week.

Water Sports Lesson Package
This lesson package is for those who wish to waterski, wakeboard, or kneeboard. Lessons are provided for beginners through advanced levels. Equipment is provided. Spend either an hour each morning or an hour each afternoon on a ski boat. Your camper will participate in regular camp programming when not on a boat. *Ability to participate is contingent on passing a swim test.
