Below is a list of the mandatory camp forms you will find on your CampInTouch account once we get closer to the Spring of 2022. An email will be sent out once the forms are activated. Please be sure to have the forms completed by May 15.
Health History Form (submit electronically): Please provide us with up-to-date information about your child and their health history. This form is REQUIRED for your child to attend Camp Foster.
Camper Information Form (submit electronically): This simple form is given to your child’s camper on Sunday before your child arrives to Camp Foster. Please provide your child’s counselor with as much as information as you can to help your child have the best week ever.
As we approach the Spring of 2022, you will also find the following in your CampInTouch account:
Parent Survival Kit: Please download the overnight camp or the day camp Parent Survival Kit to help you and your camper get ready for camp. It has information on check-in/check-out times, policies, packing lists, expectations, and more. This is a MUST read to help you prepare for a week at Camp Foster.
Additional Options (submit electronically): Want to sign up for a Care Package or Cabin Party? Check out this form to learn about all the options available as well as sign up for these additional options. This is completely optional and may be filled out on Sunday at check-in as well.
Bunk Requests (submit electronically): Does your child have a friend they would like to bunk with or be in a Day Camp Tribe with? Fill out this simple bunk request form to help us know who your child would like to spend the week with. Please refer to our cabin mate policy for more information. All bunk requests need to be in 2 weeks prior to your camper attending Camp Foster.
